This includes evaluating safety measures, CRM, fuel savings, and screening candidates for pilot, maintenance, and flight attendant positions. Working closely with our chief pilot, Santiago evaluates buyers’ projected flight requirements, such as the number of passengers, average flight length, luggage and cargo, anticipated airports, ground handling, crew rest, ground transportation, and lodging.
Santiago graduated at the top of his commercial airline class from Los Halcones, a reputable aviation school located in Medellin, Colombia. He also possesses a deep understanding of aviation operations in Latin America, making him an invaluable point of contact for aviation information in the region.
Thanks to his extensive network of relationships in Central and South America, Santiago has played an integral role in fostering collaboration and promoting safe aviation practices.
